So light and very crispy! Just the perfect way to end my dinner. Service was fast and the workers are so polight and friendly.

We came here on a whim, craving hot pot but not trying to wait in a long line. What a score to find this place! It wasn't crowded (secret didnt get out yet or we got lucky) so we were seated right away. Everyone was so nice, the service was quick, and the staff even showed some love to our noisy little girl. It was one the most calming eating experience we have had with an energetic toddler in tow. Quiet enough to feel peaceful and enjoy conversation but not too quiet where we were worried about our little one making too much noise. The options for veggies, side meats, noodles, and mushrooms! Were endless. I love how we had so many options to choose from and the conveyor belt made it easy to pick what you want without waiting for someone to bring the dishes like other hot pot places. Excited to go back here again!

Hot pot lovers, this is the place to be. Meats are fresh and delicious, broth choices are winner, various dipping sauces can't give wrong with, but the best part is the conveyor belt of constant goodness that travels before your very eyes, offering multiple additional choices or ingredients to add to your pot that is hot. From mushrooms to seafood to sausages to greens to noodles to tofu to a multitude of many other foods, the choices are endless. And, there is even a fridge of additional items to choose from in case you didn't see what you wanted on the conveyor belt. Prices are decent, but considering it's all you can eat, go with an appetite and you will feel like you scored big time. Great vibe, decent service, and parking is cheap. The super friendly parking attendants work hard to retrieve your vehicle from the automated garage, so be nice and have patience. We've eaten here so many times, it's a definite go-to. Go check um go.

Feeling like having a warm pot of broth with all you can eat goodies? Hawaii Pot Shabu Shabu hits the spot! Dinner at $39.99 for adults includes an individual pot of broth with refills, and a whole bunch of goodies to add to your pot. Casual vibes with a conveyer belt moving through the restaurant and a refrigerated case if you can find what you like. Sauce bar is clean with a nice variety of fresh herbs. Service is quick, and attentive. Need more meat? Just ask. You can see them slicing it in the back.

A fellow foodie who I've known for over 10yrs via Yelp Hawai'i recently moved from 808 to 702 and our foodie group wanted to get together one last time before she flew out. She chose Hawaii Pot Shabu Shabu House (HPSSH), located on the 1F of 808 Center. HPSSH opened back in 2007 with the concept of combining Chinese and Japanese cooking styles. Basically they offer hot pot and you can also cook your meats shabu shabu style. For you big eaters out there, HPSSH is AYCE that offers unlimited, assorted fresh ingredients, including various kinds of noodles, proteins, and locally sourced vegetables. Dining here is quite simple: 1) select your soup base; 2) pick your meats; 3) pick items off their conveyor belt and their chiller refrigerator; and 4) create your personalized sauce at the sauce bar. There was an impressive list of soup bases and was so tempted to try their coconut chicken but ended up "chickening out" as I was afraid the broth wouldn't appeal to me. I then asked my foodie friend for her suggestion as she's been here before. I followed suit by also ordering their tom yum soup broth. You get to order 2 plates of meat each time, where I started off with beef ribeye and lamb. I then made my way to the chiller and was impressed with a large selection of proteins, mostly raw seafood, dumplings and hot pot favorites. My eyes locked on book tripe, which I absolutely enjoy. I also got some whole shrimp, fishcake tofu, stuffed fish balls and bean curd sticks. While my broth was boiling, I made my way to their sauce bar and was so happy to have found Chinese ginger and onion sauce. I added a whole bunch of chopped Chinese parsley, chili oil and for a spoonful of their house special sauce. I headed back to my table and added the fishcake tofu, stuffed fish balls, bean curd sticks, as well as fresh mushrooms and long rice that I got off the conveyor belt. When my broth came to a boil, I started to add the sliced raw meats and ate. I was impressed of their food quality and me being able to control my meat temperature. I hate overcooked meats as I'm not a fan of dry proteins. My dipping sauce paired well and I was a happy camper. I was also impressed with the large bowls of snow crab legs but because it's a hassle to eat and didn't want to get my hands all dirty I passed on them. I made the mistake of sipping the broth as it was super, super HOT. I semi burnt my tongue. Aiyah!!! Should have known better. The book tripe was delicious, as well as whole shrimp where I ended up eating the shell and all. They also offer rice, which I declined as to save stomach space. Service was a little spotty. The wait staff on the floor are non-English speaking natives where there was some confusion and disconnection during our meal. They were blunt with explanations and a little aggressive which I didn't really care for. Although I enjoyed my experience, I did find the layout of the restaurant somewhat awkward with narrow walkways. Foot traffic was passing our table and because I sat on the outside, I could feel motion on my right arm as someone passed me. Overall, a great first experience as I was able to see my friend one last time before she relocated to 702. Food was tasty and I wouldn't object returning, especially with our weather getting cooler, which would be great for hot pot/shabu shabu.

Restaurant so clean and good services, meat so fresh and also all you can eat My favorite soup is coconut chicken

All you can eat shabu shabu with rotating noodles, veggies, fish ball skewers, etc...say no more! I love this restaurant's concept. You can choose a personal pot or family style which gives you two different broths. All the traditional side goodies of shabu are on the rotating conveyor belt. There's a fridge in the back with even more sides that are included in your AYCE price. There's also a custom sauce bar with all the sauce that you want and need. The drinks are only $1. How does it get better than that! Any premium meats, sides, and desserts are extra and listed on the menu. The price for the amount of food that you get is totally reasonable because you will walk out of here stuffed. The service experience from everyone that we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Such a great meal!

The concept of a conveyor belt AYCE hotpot is a great one! I enjoyed seeing what ingredients would come around and trying a bit of everything. They had a lot of veggie options, meat/fish balls, tofu, shrimp, noodles, dumplings and more. Theres also a fridge in the back that u can grab other items... eggs, tripe, imitation crab from what i remember. Overall it was a good experience but for the 29.99 lunch special the sliced meats are subpar. The beef was stiff... chicken i wouldn't suggest. The pork was the only one that tasted good. I would like to try the dinner option since the meats do look better.

Super awesome . Had a great meal . Even if I didn't I could only blame myself. Well worth the Uber ride here just to get away from the beach / tourist crowd.
